Taylormade Residential completed a complicated renovation and extension project for us recently at our home address in Glendowie. Both Mike and Tim were absolutely fantastic to deal with; professional, courteous, honest, reliable and highly competent. Most importantly, they took real pride in their workmanship. I really enjoyed their attention to detail, and the way they were able to explain things in a way we could easily understand. They also seem to really enjoy solving technical challenges – always positive, nothing ever seems to be a problem. The guys were super easy to deal with and very accommodating; working around us, our young family, and pet dog. It was a genuine pleasure working with them and we are absolutely delighted with the end result. I can’t recommend them highly enough.

We undertook an extensive extension & renovation project which we chose to use Taylormade Residential to help us complete. This truly was the best decision we could have ever made. We found both Tim & Mike to be the epitome of professionalism in both their work and project management. We threw them all sorts of curveballs, which they just took in their stride with a hearty laugh. They didn’t mind sharing the project management with me and actually filled in the gaps when communications with our personally sourced contractors started to break down, even stepping in to offer to visit the factory which was managing our aluminium work to check on progress. I have trusted these guys with everything and they have consistently gone above and beyond to provide a great friendly service and excellent workmanship in everything they do. They turn up on time, every time, and always communicate when schedules mean they can’t make agreed times. Not only have they worked around our family, which includes two large dogs, and two young children, they worked around us as we still lived in the house while construction went on around us, they made sure everything was safe for us, going the extra mile the entire time. We would never have survived this project without both you guys support, hard work and dedication to us and our project. Loved working with you guys and if given the opportunity, would do It again in a heartbeat!

Taylormade Residential have worked on various renovation and building projects with us for our home and our residential rental properties for many years. The most recent notable project was in January/February 2018 involving a complete remodel and the conversion of three flats in Mt Eden from 1-bedroom units into two bedroom units. Taylormade Residential is professional, reliable and very good to work with. In the recent project, they communicated with us throughout the project and kept us very well informed. Recently my wife and I had the pleasure of contracting Mike and Tim from Taylormade Residential Ltd to build a 60 sqm, 2-bedroom minor dwelling on the back of our property in Howick. Building a house can be a challenging and stressful experience at the best of times therefore we found it important to meet with several builders and obtain several quotes before signing on the dotted line with Tim and Mike. This decision was made easy due to their professional, honest and easy-going nature. Having two young children we found it extremely important to have wholesome trustworthy people around our home. The kids loved watching the builders through the window and Tim and Mike always had time to give a wave and say hello to the kids. Throughout the build process we found Tim and Mike to be extremely reliable, professional and had excellent communication keeping us up to date during the build. Mike and Tim always had time to answer our questions, help with decisions and there seemed to be no problem to big or too small for them to deal with. The build was completed on time and to a very high standard. We would have no hesitation in recommending Taylormade Residential for all your building requirements. We will definitely be having them back to renovate our own kitchen and bathroom once the rental from the minor dwelling starts coming in.

We engaged Taylormade Residential Limited to do extensive alterations on our Half Moon Bay home. The work was completed to a very high standard and we are absolutely delighted with the outcome. Tim and Mike encountered unexpected difficulties while carrying out the work and they showed a high level of initiative in negotiating the obstacles as they arose. We were impressed by the many helpful and creative suggestions they made which enhanced the architects plans and has made our home such a pleasure to live in.
